Take your gym where you travel!

For most of us nowadays, traveling is an important part of our work. We are required to travel to various cities, frequently too. Most of the time, these invariably cut a chunk off our active time per day, and as an added pain, we don’t always get the luxury or the spare time to visit the gym wherever we go.

Fret not! Take note of the following and carry your gym where you go.

Things to Carry

You will not get too much time to work out, but in order to make the most of whatever you get, a skipping rope can be your best friend. It takes very little time, offers a great form of cardio, and is great for high intensity high impact training in short bursts.

A gym glove, on the other hand, can often protect you as you improvise on available resources at your disposal to make a makeshift gym.

Having some proper gym clothes will save your regular clothes from the toxic sweat and grime that Activewear are designed to take. Besides, if you do end up getting access to a gym, at least you will look the part with proper gym clothes.


If you need to work out, the absence of a gym can never deter you. Nature has provided ample of resources to ensure you never go without a proper workout. A lawn can be an ideal place to go for a quick run. If you are adventurous, even Parkour can never be off the list! Look around your room.

You can easily use chairs and even, the edges of beds in innovative ways to burn calories.

Gravity, your best friend

Bodyweight exercises, like sit-ups and push-ups can be done anywhere and at any time. A quick rep of 50 push-ups, and 50 sit-ups will be enough. Just ensure you don’t do it after having any food.
