- Get smaller utensils
Bigger plates have a tendency to keep your meals heavier and also promote bigger meals. By downsizing your plates to an appropriate size you keep your meal portions in control. Also, try to keep serving dishes off the table.
- Drink plenty of water

- Stretch it out

When at work, make sure you are moving every half an hour. Stand for a bit or take a stroll around your desk. This will keep your body moving and not stagnant.
- Get the right amount of sleep
